  • Continue emphasis on programs for all ages.

  • Utilize all programs to attract non believers / potential members.

Equipping- Increase the number of participants in spiritual development by 20% a year

(Staff)

  • Potential members to complete a membership class.

  • 60% of the members active in small  groups.

  • Leadership development for Elders, Deacons and Ministry Leaders.

  • Teachers complete “Training the Teacher”.

  • Stewardship training

  • Implement the Staff performance evaluation system.

  • Mentor new members.

Modeling-  Achieve a balanced Ministry System, involving 60% of membership.
