Worship Services

First Christian has four worship services on Sunday morning:

• 8:30  - Sunday Morning Worship
• 9:45  - Sunday Morning Contemporary Worship
• 11:05  - Sunday Morning Worship
• 12:30 - Spanish Morning Worship

The 8:30 and 11:05 services feature a blended music style.  The 9:45 service features a contemporary music style.  The 12:30 service is in Spanish. Message recordings are available in the library immediately following the 8:30 service.

Television Schedule

Each week on Sunday morning, the following programs are offered on Charter channel 78 and Comcast channel 14.

Preaching

Each First Christian worship service is full of spiritual truth that is applicable to daily life.  Biblical principles are communicated in a variety of ways including music, video clips, and drama, allowing each listener to relate with the message presented.  First Christian believes that the Bible holds God's answers for dealing with the struggles, joys and hurts in our life.

Tim Wallingford, Senior Minister, uses humor and practical application in his messages, making them useful for those who are new to Christ's Word, as well as those who have been following Christ for many years.

Praise and Worship

First Christian strives to be creative, meaningful and relevant in introducing Jesus Christ to others, as well as helping draw people closer to Him.  One way this is accomplished is by acknowledging who God is through praise and worship.  In addition, we are able to enhance the worship value of our services through drama, music, singing, testimonials and the latest technology in audio and video.
